TAFEP has been working in partnership with Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) to reduce discriminatory print job advertisements since 2006. This led to a significant drop in the number of discriminatory job advertisements from 19.7% in 2006 to 1% in 2009.
In recognition of this, TAFEP is presented the May Day Institutional CBF Model Partnership Award, together with SPH and Singapore Press Holdings Employees Union (SPHEU).
TAFEP congratulates the winners of the inaugural TAFEP Exemplary Employer Award, namely Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd, Maybank Singapore, FedEx Express and Cherie Hearts Group International Pte Ltd.
