Thank you for your commitment to Fair Employment Practices. Signing the Employers' Pledge signals that you agree with the principles of fair employment and that you will work towards adopting these principles in the management of your human resources.

The 5 key principles of Fair Employment Practices are: 

• Recruit and select employees on the basis of merit, such as skills, experience and ability, regardless of age, race, gender, religion or family status.
   
• Treat employees fairly and with respect and implement progressive human resource management systems.
   
• Provide employees with equal opportunities for training and development based on their strengths and needs, to help them achieve their full potential.
   
• Reward employees fairly based on their ability, performance, contribution and experience.
  Abide by labour laws and adopt Tripartite Guidelines which promote fair employment practices.

To sign the Employers' Pledge, please complete the fields below. When we receive your application, an officer from the Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP) will contact you with more information.  A customised certificate printed with the signatories in the form will be sent to your mailing address.  You will be required to send us back a copy of the signed certificate as verification.  We would also update your company name on our website listing of companies that have pledged.
